Once you are registered as a student, you may apply at any time during your study. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended that this be done during your first semester.

APEL(C) is applicable for selected programmes from Certificate (Level 3) up to Doctoral Degree. At the postgraduate level, APEL(C) is only applicable for coursework and mixed-mode programmes. Please check with our counsellors on these selected programmes.
