Marketing Executive (Healthcare)

Responsibilities
In Summary:
A dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to enhance the visibility and reputation of our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to attract new patients, build community engagement, and maintain our brand’s credibility in the healthcare industry.
In Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the clinic’s services and brand.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and the clinic’s website.
- Manage the clinic’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Keep up to date with current marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create patient education materials and promote health awareness initiatives.
- Monitor patient feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and leveraging positive testimonials in marketing efforts.
In Clinic Operations:
- To assist front desk in managing patients on day-to-day basis or as when required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the healthcare setting, preferably in a marketing role.
- Candidates with prior administration, sales, and marketing skills will be an added benefit.
- Candidates with a portfolio of previous marketing projects will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing software and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools and basic design software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms in a creative approach.
