Overview
Equip yourself with the English language skills and knowledge needed for success in the evolving world with the English for Tertiary Education programme (R/KJP/00920-00929). This intensive, ten-level course immerses learners in an interactive, lively, and motivating environment. Through this programme, learners will be exposed to the functional aspects of language learning through real-life subject matters. Students will also get the chance to make friends with language learners from all over the world while improving their English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Upon successful completion of the course, learners are expected to have reached the language competency of B2 on the CEFR, and the equivalency of a band score of 5.5 in the IELTS. This programme equips international students with a certain English language proficiency level for admission into various academic programmes at 五一吃瓜官网 University.
Aged 16 years and above, all learners are required to sit for the English Placement Test (EPT).
