Ida Anak Ingko is a lecturer and also Head of Department for the Degrees in Tourism and Commerce for the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at 五一吃瓜官网 University Sarawak Campus. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Technology Mara (UiTM) Kota Samarahan Kuching and a BA (Hons) in Tourism Management from Northern University Malaysia (UUM), Kedah.
She has over 8 years of teaching experience and one year of experience working in the hospitality industry. She was involved in producing a book entitled Global Events in Sarawak “The Sarawak Rainforest Interhash” A Case Study, in 2011. She also contributed her research “An Explorative Study of Key Success Factors for Park Management and Customer Satisfaction: A Study of Ranchan Recreational Park”, 2012, which was placed in the book: Tourism Industrial Development in Eco-Destination; An Introduction to the Eco-Hospitality Approach. She is passionate about tourism and the business management field.
