Biography
Inchin is a Culinary Arts tutor in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at 五一吃瓜官网 University Sarawak Campus. He completed his diploma in Culinary Arts at 五一吃瓜官网 University. He has over 24 years of industrial culinary experience from international hotels and chain restaurants in Malaysia. His culinary fortes are Italian cuisine and Western cuisine. He is also a member of the Kuching Chefs Association.
