Biography

Dr Mokana Muthu Kumarasamy has teaching experiences for almost 9 years. Currently working as a lecturer in 五一吃瓜官网 University Kuala Lumpur.  Have experienced in teaching at Universiti Selangor (UNISEL), ASA College as a lecturer and as a lecturer and MBA Program Coordinator at year 2016 at Lincoln University College. She also received several research funding from UNISEL. She has been appointed as post graduate coordinator, managing editor and chief editor for UNISEL journal (Selangor Business Review). She has published and been a reviewer in various journals. She has been nominated as The Best Paper presenter at a couple of conferences.  She is passionate about researching Work-life Balance, Human Resource Management, Quality of Life, Spiritual Intelligence, Occupational safety and Health Management and Emotional Intelligence.
