Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely and accurate project updates to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing and implementing appropriate contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• May be required to travel domestically or internationally for project-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of professional experience in project management within the healthcare and/or education sectors.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 is added advantage
