Project Manager (IT)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely and accurate project updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing and implementing appropriate contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- May be required to travel domestically or internationally for project-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in project management within the healthcare and/or education sectors.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 is added advantage
