Social Media Executive

Responsibilities
1. Content Creation and Management
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.)
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and style.
Optimise content based on platform-specific best practices.
2. Social Media Strategy and Execution
Implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Research trends and competitor activities to refine the strategy.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers and other teams for campaign execution.
3. Community Engagement and Customer Interaction
Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
Foster engagement by initiating conversations and running interactive campaigns.
Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback professionally.
4. Performance Tracking and Analytics
Monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to track performance.
Generate monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
5. Paid Campaign Management
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Optimise ad spending and targeting for better ROI.
Track ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Influencer and Collaboration Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners.
Manage influencer campaigns and measure impact.
7. Trendspotting and Innovation
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Experiment with new content formats (Reels, Stories, AR filters, etc.).
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Ideally some experience at a fast-paced company with various of social media promotion activities.
- Active on social media platform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
