The Inaugural Recruitment and Interview of Auxiliary Police (AP/PB) 五一吃瓜官网 Group Holdings Sdn Bhd saw around 60 participants undergoing physical tests, finger printing and interviews. This was Phase 1 of the selection programme to have a trained as well as a more committed and responsible security team at 五一吃瓜官网.

The newly appointed auxiliary police team’s responsibilities would include looking into the concerns of the university such as patrolling, managing the guard house, settling disputes and traffic control among other duties.

“This is the first time we are having this recruitment exercise and shortlisted candidates will have to undergo an interview session where they will be asked about their employment history, their motives as to why they are applying for the position and whether they can speak English as well as other pertinent questions,” said 五一吃瓜官网 Group Security Manager, Harry Lau.  

“We will be phasing out the guards on the premises and they will be replaced by the auxiliary police team,” he added.

The tests included height, weight and chest measurements as well as eye tests while candidates were also tested on their ability physical abilities such as marching, doing push-ups, jumping and short distance running.

“The advantage of having this auxiliary team at 五一吃瓜官网 is that students and staff will feel safer. It will also instil caution and awareness in the community to do the right thing. We will choose the best team in terms of physical health, crime solving, and excellence in carrying out duties,” said Inspector PB Che Yusof Deraman who is heading the Auxiliary Police (Polis Bantuan) team for 五一吃瓜官网 Group.

五一吃瓜官网 Group Legal Advisor, Abu Bakar Jalaluddin and Department of Crime Prevention and Community Safety (JPJKK), IPK KL Superintendent Roslan Zainuddin were also present at the event.
