The journal publishes original, innovative and timely research letter, articles and concise reviews on studies of the Earth and its environment, the planetary and space science.
Professor Dr Phang is also Assistant Editor of Journal of Applied Phycology (Springer Nature), Editorial Board Member of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences Journal as well as Maritime Technology and Research.

Associate Professor Dr Grrace Ng Hui-Suan |  Faculty of Applied SciencesDr Grrace Ng, who is also the director of CERVIE, was awarded the DaSilva Award 2021 by Society for Biotechnology, Japan. Her research is titled ¡°An integrated approach for sustainable production of keratinase using aqueous biphasic electrophoresis¡±.

Her team presented their research entitled ¡°Associations between chrononutrition and chronotype among Malaysian Chinese young adults: Spotlight on timing¡±.

THEIR PROJECT RECEIVES A GRANT OF RM250,000 BY THE MALAYSIA RESEARCH UNIVERSITY NETWORK (MRUN)
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR DR LIONEL IN LIAN AUN and ASSISTANT PROFESSOR DR OH SIEW PEICongratulations to Associate Professor Dr Lionel In Lian Aun (Faculty Of Applied Sciences) and Assistant Professor Dr Oh Siew Pei (Faculty of Social Sciences and Liberal Arts) for receiving a grant of RM250,000 By the Malaysia Research University Network (MRUN) through the Young Researchers Grant Scheme (MY-RGS). Their project was titled ¡®A dual-pronged approach to increase production of farmed tilapia using lactococcal-based vaccination and enzybiotic¡¯. A total of 6 research projects were selected from a grand total of 238 applications amounting to RM1.5million.
